START A POINTS-BASED PROGRAM
A simple way you can introduce a loyalty program is by starting a points system. With this set up, your frequent customers earn points on each of their purchases, and these points then translate into some kind of reward, whether that be a free item or service, a discount on their next buy, or an upgrade or other kind of special treatment. Customers are then motivated to keep spending with you in order to earn enough points to redeem the reward.
